The report revealed that while the San Francisco Bay Area is the clear leader of startup activity, Seattle boasts the fourth-best talent pool in the country. Researchers praised the city’s population inflow, ranked sixth in the country; their highly educated young residents, ranked ninth; and skilled tech workforce, ranked second. The combination proved Seattle was “one of the top cities for talent.”
Tofiq made several research visits to the West Coast on behalf of the company, before making the decision to expand their offices to the cultural hub in Washington state. Upon exploring the business opportunities on offer, Tofiq quickly began to notice the innovative and entrepreneurial mentality ingrained within the city and became convinced Seattle was the perfect place for the firm’s next expansion. The contemporary feel and millennial workforce of the city greatly appealed to Mr Bolwala, and he began envisioning Seattle as the new location for the business’ Head Office.
